- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and technical approaches within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manhattan Warehouse Solutions Technical.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on technical innovation and solution design.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into actionable design plans.
- Experience working collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in technical implementation.

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
