Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Advocate with strong exposure to Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) matters along with hands-on experience in family, criminal, and civil cases. The candidate will be responsible for handling legal proceedings, client consultations, and case management.

• Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in DRT proceedings and related legal matters
• Handle civil, criminal, and family law cases independently
• Draft legal documents such as petitions, affidavits, notices, and agreements
• Attend court hearings and coordinate with clients regarding case updates
• Provide legal advice and consultation to clients
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Liaise with senior advocates and internal legal team
• Required Skills & Qualifications: LLB degree from a recognized university
• Enrolled with Bar Council
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of DRT procedures and litigation
• Experience in family, criminal, and civil matters
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Ability to handle cases independently
• Preferred Skills: Experience in handling high-value recovery cases
• Strong court presence and argument skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
