- ✅ Roles and Responsibilities:1. Team Recruitment & Development Recruit qualified and motivated insurance agents/advisors.
- Conduct onboarding and induction sessions for new advisors.
- Provide regular training on health insurance products, sales techniques, and compliance norms.
- 2. Sales Target Achievement Drive health insurance sales through the advisor network.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Design and implement sales strategies to increase policy count and premium collection.
- 3. Team Management & Motivate and mentor advisors to perform effectively.
- Conduct regular meetings and reviews to monitor performance.
- Implement reward and recognition programs to boost team morale.
