Job Description
1.Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors / sales executives
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
2.Develop effective sales strategies to increase business
3.Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and digital channels
Monitor team performance and provide guidance & motivation
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
4.Ensure proper documentation and policy processing
Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams
Handle customer queries and resolve escalations
