📌 Job Overview

Care Health Insurance is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Agency Manager to build and manage a team of insurance advisors. The role involves recruiting advisors, driving sales performance, and expanding the agency network.

This position is ideal for candidates with strong networking ability, leadership skills, and a passion for sales.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and develop a team of Insurance Advisors / Agents

Drive sales through the agency channel

Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets

Monitor advisor productivity and guide them to improve performance

Conduct field visits and client meetings

Build strong relationships with clients and advisors

Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1+ year experience in Banking or Insurance sector (mandatory)

Experience in sales or field work preferred

Graduate (any discipline) preferred

Strong communication and leadership skills

Knowledge of Hyderabad market is an advantage
