Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Agriculture Telecalling role located in Hyderabad at EKALASAALA. The Telecaller will be responsible for making calls to potential leads, providing information about agriculture training programs, and assisting in the enrolment process.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service
• Knowledge of the agriculture industry and training programs
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree and Master's in Agriculture or related field is beneficial
