Summary: As an AI / ML Engineer, you will engage in the development of applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence tools and cloud AI services. Your typical day will involve designing and implementing production-ready solutions, ensuring high-quality application pipelines, and integrating generative AI models into various projects. You will also explore advanced techniques such as deep learning, neural networks, and image processing, contributing to innovative solutions that meet the needs of diverse stakeholders. The Data Architect is responsible for defining the application s data requirements and structure. This includes modeling and designing the application s data architecture, storage solutions, and integration approaches to ensure robust and scalable data management. Key Responsibilities -Serve as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Agentic AI solutions, particularly with hands-on experience in Microsoft AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs). -Lead the design and architecture of multi-agent systems, ensuring seamless integration into enterprise environments. -Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to deliver innovative GenAI and Agentic AI solutions that drive measurable business impact. -Define and implement Responsible AI practices throughout the solution lifecycle, ensuring alignment with ethical standards and regulatory requirements. -Mentor teams on best practices for agentic AI system design, orchestration, and deployment. -Drive key architectural and technical decisions across diverse projects and teams. -Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and training focused on Microsoft s Agentic AI technology stack. -Continuously assess solution performance and provide recommendations for optimization in scalability, accuracy, and compliance. Required Skills and Qualifications -Must-Have Skills: -Extensive expertise in Microsoft AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services. -Strong knowledge of LLMs and SLMs, including fine-tuning, deployment, and enterprise integration. -Proven track record in designing and implementing agentic AI architectures. -Practical experience with Python and Visual Studio Code. Good-to-Have Skills: -Experience with Microsoft Azure Machine Learning. -Familiarity with Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service. Additional Skills: -In-depth understanding of Responsible AI frameworks and governance policies. -Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions. -Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the AI domain. -Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Experience and Education Requirements Minimum of 12 years of professional experience is required. At least 8 years of experience working with Microsoft AI technologies. A minimum of 2 years specializing in Agentic AI Architecture. 10+ years of experience with Azure Platform as a Service (PAAS). 13+ years of overall experience in the IT industry. 15 years of full-time education is mandatory. As a Microsoft Agentic Architect, the role involves designing, architecting, and deploying advanced Agentic AI solutions within Microsoft s ecosystem. The primary focus is on building scalable multi-agent systems and AI-powered applications using tools such as Microsoft AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services. The position demands a commitment to responsible development, ethical AI practices, and alignment with organizational objectives. Deep technical expertise, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration are essential for driving innovation in agentic AI. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12+ years of experience in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
