Alteryx Server – L1/L2 AMS Support
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and troubleshoot Alteryx workflows and scheduled jobs.
- Debug errors in workflow execution, API integration, and automation scripts.
- Apply regular patches and software updates to maintain system security and performance.
- Maintain SLA commitments for resolving system incidents and workflow failures.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience with Alteryx Designer & Server Administration.
- Basic SQL & scripting skills (Python, R, PowerShell).
