AM, Sales (Real Estate)

for a Landmark Riverfront Development near Amaravati, AP


Positions available in Hyderabad & Vijayawada


We are a legacy real estate developer with over 20 years of experience, currently developing India’s most distinctive large-scale riverfront residential developments - 2.5 hours from Hyderabad and 45 mins from Amaravati. We also have over 600+ acres of landbanks in major strategic locations around Amaravati with a continuous sales pipeline of 10+ years.


Major works are completed, 50% of units are sold and we have strong inbound interest generated through structured marketing campaigns - digital media, social media, high end sponsorships (golf tournaments, prestigious clubs, etc). 


We are building a high-quality team to increase sales velocity. This is a results-driven sales role. We have the system. You execute and earn. We cater to HNI clients who want to speak to someone who understands their mindset and preferences.


Responsibilities


Engage over phone calls with high-intent prospects who have responded to our campaigns, clearly explain the project’s once in a lifetime nature and long-term potential, and move qualified buyers toward site visits and booking.


The company has already developed comprehensive project material, FAQs, and a structured sales approach refined over years of experience to guide and enable you.


This role requires:


  • Confident and structured conversations with serious buyers
  • Consistent and dignified follow-up
  • Diligent updates in the CRM throughout the sales cycle
  • Regular performance reviews with management
  • Target performance of 2–3 sales per month


We are not looking for tele-callers. We are looking for sales professionals who can handle high-value transactions with maturity and aggression — while maintaining the dignity of a premium project.


Ideal Candidate


  • 5–7+ years of experience in direct 1-to-1 sales (any industry, not only real estate) and experience handling high-ticket transactions.


  • Basic knowledge of real estate


  • Strong communication skills in English & Telugu (Hindi / another Indian Language  is a plus)


  • Performance driven and self motivated mindset


  • Comfortable working within structured systems and measurable targets


Salary & Incentives


Basic Salary: Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 50,000 per month depending on experience


Incentives:

  • Rs. 5,000 per qualified site visit
  • Rs. 25,000 per sale closed
  • No upper limit on earnings
  • With consistent performance (2 sales/month), you can exceed ₹1 lakh per month.


Work Schedule


Work from offices in Hyderabad or Vijayawada

Tuesday to Sunday (Monday off)


Shift Options:

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (calls may extend up to 8 PM depending on client availability)

4:00 AM – 1:00 PM (international & local clientele)

12 Noon - 9:00 PM (international & local clientele)


Recruitment Process:


  1. Personality Profiling to understand the applicants attitude and aptitude
  2. Reading Comprehension, Spoken Skills in English, Telugu and Hindi / one other Indian Language
  3. Written communication for Grammar, flow of thought, concise and precise expression of ideas
