About the Role:
We are looking for an Amazon Ads Manager who is not only strong in PPC and analytics but also excellent in customer communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Ads Management: (100% Amazon-focused)
Set up and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and bid optimisation.
Use AI tools to simplify campaign creation and improve efficiency.
Monitor campaign health daily and ensure targets such as ACoS, ROAS, and sales growth are met.
Customer Communication & Relationship Handling
Speak frequently with customers to understand goals, challenges, and expectations.
Build long-term trust and maintain a strong rapport with every client.
Explain campaign performance in simple, confident, and clear language.
Provide suggestions to scale sales and improve performance based on data insights.
Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain a positive relationship.
Reporting & Insights:
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Share actionable insights and upcoming plans with customers.
Use data and AI reports to show progress, growth, and opportunities.
Required Skills:
1–3 years of experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns (mandatory).
Strong communication in English & Hindi.
Customer-oriented personality — must enjoy talking and building relationships.
Understanding of Amazon metrics: ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CVR, CPC.
Proficiency with Excel/Sheets for reporting.
Experience using AI tools for campaign creation (preferred).
Nice to Have:
Languages: English & Hindi (Must and Fluent)
Additional Languages: Telugu / Tamil / Gujarati (optional).
Experience with Amazon Listing Optimisation.
Ability to analyse data and create structured, easy-to-understand presentations.
