Summary:
As an Analytics Practitioner, you will engage in developing business insights through predictive statistical modeling activities. Your typical day will involve utilizing various analytical tools and techniques to generate and enhance decision-making processes by modeling client, market, and key performance data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that insights are actionable and aligned with business objectives, while also continuously seeking opportunities to improve analytical methodologies and practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Mentor junior professionals to develop their analytical skills and understanding of business insights.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Experience with data visualization tools to present insights effectively.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with statistical modeling and predictive analytics.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Google Analytics.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
