Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, AP Accounting
The role involves providing support in tax compliance, unclaimed property management, and account reconciliations. The position is responsible for assisting with the preparation and filing of Forms 1099 and 1095-B, analyzing unclaimed property checks within Cadency, and generating vendor correspondence through Sovos. The individual will also support monthly escheat account reconciliations and assist in preparing documentation and workpapers related to unclaimed property reporting and compliance.
Responsibilities
•    Support the research and filing of Form 1099 in compliance with IRS regulations.
•    Assist in the preparation and completion of Form 1095-B to ensure accurate health coverage reporting.
•    Analyze unclaimed property checks within Cadency, identifying items requiring resolution or reporting.
•    Generate unclaimed property letters to vendors through Sovos, ensuring timely communication and compliance with state requirements.
•    Support monthly reconciliations of the escheat account, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are addressed.
•    Assist in the preparation and review of unclaimed property workpapers, including supporting schedules and reconciliations for audit and reporting purposes.

Minimum Qualifications
•    BCOM / MCOM 
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•    Experience in travel & expense management, auditing, or finance operations.
•    Strong knowledge of T&E policies, audit controls, and financial compliance.
•    Proficient with expense management systems (e.g., Concur, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
•    Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
•    Effective communication skills to coordinate with employees and management.
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
