Appian Consultant

• 1–5 years of experience in Appian development. • Strong knowledge of Appian components: SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, Sites. • Experience with Appian Plug-ins, Appian RPA, and Appian Connected Systems. • Proficiency in Java, SQL, and Web Services (REST/SOAP). • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred • Appian Level 1 Certification or higher. Optional • Experience with Appian Cloud Administration and Appian RPA. • Design, Implement and Appian applications including interface, rules, integrations, Records, Sites, Reports, and Process Models. • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. • Implement Appian best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability. • Integrate Appian with external systems using Web APIs, RDBMS, REST/SOAP APIs and third-party services. • Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Appian applications. • Document technical designs and provide support during UAT and production.
