Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring that the applications developed align with organizational goals and user needs. You will also participate in testing and refining applications to enhance functionality and user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application development.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of application features based on user feedback and business needs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- Experience with requirement gathering and documentation processes.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with application development methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
