Summary: As a Salesforce Field Service Lightning Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Salesforce Field Service Lightning, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful data-driven solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Field Service Lightning applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy. - Configure and customize Salesforce Field Service Lightning to meet specific business needs, including developing custom objects, workflows, and validation rules. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce Field Service Lightning, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Lightning, and Salesforce Communities. - Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices, including Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL. - Experience with Salesforce integration technologies, including REST and SOAP APIs. - Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
