Application Engineer, ARTS IN

RoW Technology Team is looking for a Support Engineer with experience quickly iterating on front-end interfaces and a working knowledge of back-end data handling. This role is for you if you are someone who thrives in fast-paced environment where problems are not always crisply defined and the challenges offer unlimited potential for innovation. You are a self-starter who can dive into a project with limited guidance and are as passionate about creating compelling experiences for customers as we are. You know about and continually want to learn about React, Node, Javascript and strive to build highly responsive, intuitive and sleek experiences for customers. You can provide technical support to the team and you understand the nuances, pitfalls and strengths of the various applications and associated best practices. You’re determined to find the right approach even if it’s not your own. You believe in agile development, quick deep dives and strive to see your work in action. You believe that software development is the perfect concoction of creativity, art and computer science

Key job responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing production software issues, developing tools, automation and monitoring solutions, performing software maintenance and configuration, implementing the fix for internally developed code (JAVA, Node, Python and React ), updating, tracking and resolving technical challenges and improving operational excellence and readiness of the systems.

Basic Qualifications

- 1+ years of software development, or 1+ years of technical support experience
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience scripting in modern program languages

Preferred Qualifications

- 1+ years of technical support experience
