Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the seamless operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage with different stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, which will help in enhancing system reliability and user satisfaction. Your role will also require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. - Engage in continuous learning to enhance technical knowledge and skills. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues. - Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques. - Ability to analyze and optimize network performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
