Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the seamless operation of communication and collaboration tools that are vital for business continuity. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of systems, while also documenting solutions and sharing knowledge with colleagues to enhance overall team performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support and maintenance. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in unified communication and collaboration. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues. - Experience with system monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance. - Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies and techniques. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
