The engineer collaborates with different teams to ensure smooth operation and continuity of critical applications, often working under pressure to diagnose problems quickly and implement effective solutions to maintain business functionality.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Monitor system alerts and logs to detect anomalies and potential risks before they escalate.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret system data and identify root causes of issues.
- Experience with incident management and problem resolution processes.
- Ability to work with various operating systems and understand system architecture.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize issues based on business impact.
