Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to ensure our world-class systems operate seamlessly. You will be responsible for accurately diagnosing client issues and leveraging your extensive product knowledge to design effective resolutions, all while maintaining a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Strong understanding of server configuration and management.
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy management.
- Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
