Applications Programming Analyst (Power BI, SQL DB, JAVA/Python)

Writes, edits, tests and deploys code for use in computers and electronic devices. Creates software applications and ensures that code is error-free, maintainable and scalable. Evaluates applications and makes adjustments and modifications to improve functionality and ease of use. May interact with application users to understand expectations and translate these into new and/or enhanced code. May develop user training materials and conduct learning sessions to help users optimize application benefits.

  • Develops and applies practical knowledge of coding, testing and debugging new software / applications or making enhancements to existing software / applications.
  • Offers limited application recommendations for defined business needs.
  • Contributes to root cause analysis based on system and incident knowledge.
  • Works on assignments in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions.

  • Required Qualifications

    • Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
    • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Applications Programming.
    • Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
