Apprentice Repair And Maintenance

·        Ensure each new machine handler is trained & Certified as per the Training Plan

·        Visit all the BoxC sites on a monthly basis for both training & audit purposes

·        Focus on machine cleaning process and compliance

·        Basic troubleshooting for machine related issues

·        Log calls for Repair & Maintenance issues wherever applicable

·        Check for any pest related issues the client’s facility

·        Update training materials to make them more relevant to the needs of the BoxC process

·        Keeping track of the training hour on daily basis, weekly basis and monthly basis through trackers.

·        Preparing the training program calendar, certification framework and driving the same across business units
