-Handle international customer queries related to US healthcare medical billing.

-Ensure high levels of accuracy and compliance with medical billing regulations.

-Maintain and update customer records in the system.

-Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure prompt issue resolution.

-Meet process-driven quality and productivity targets.

RequirementsRequirement :

• Any Graduate (No under Graduates or candidates having backlogs)
• 1+ year relevant experience in AR Calling
• Good communication
• Comfortable to work in Night Shift - 6.00 PM TO 4.00 AM
• Comfortable to work from office
• Location of Work – Hyderabad
• Max CTC offered – 4 LPA
