Role & responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Create 3D models and highly realistic renderings using SketchUp, D5 Render, and other visualization tools.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams including design, engineering, and project management.
• Translate sketches and ideas into digital models and compelling visual presentations.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings and technical documents.
• Ensure designs align with client requirements, building codes, and regulations.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate design ideas clearly to stakeholders and clients.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
• 2+ years of professional experience in architectural design and visualization.
• Strong proficiency in SketchUp and D5 Render (or comparable real-time rendering software).
• Working knowledge of 3DMax, AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, and Lumion is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of architectural detailing and building systems.
• Strong design sensibility and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
