Job description

We are looking for a Architect/ Senior Architect with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in architectural planning, design development, and site coordination. The candidate should be proficient in 2D planning, 3D elevations, walkthroughs, and working drawings for execution, with the ability to independently handle residential and commercial projects. Strong client interaction and coordination with site teams is a must.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architectural Design & Planning

• Prepare 2D architectural drawings including floor plans, sections, elevations, and layout plans.
• Design Residential & Commercial buildings as per client requirements and local by-laws.
• Develop 3D elevation designs, exterior perspectives, and concept visuals.
• Create working drawings suitable for on-site execution, including:
• Floor plans
• Elevations & sections
• Furniture layouts
• Staircase, toilet & kitchen details
• Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and execution-friendly.

2. 3D Visualization & Walkthroughs

• Prepare 3D models and elevation designs using industry-standard software.
• Coordinate or create 360-degree walkthroughs / virtual tours for client presentations.
• Support sales and client meetings with design visuals when required

3. Structural Coordination & Execution Understanding

• Possess basic understanding of structural design concepts (footings, columns, beams, slabs).
• Coordinate with structural engineers to ensure architectural and structural drawings align.
• Understand on-site execution challenges and modify drawings accordingly when required.

4. Client Interaction & Requirement Analysis

• Attend client meetings and professionally understand client requirements.
• Translate client needs into clear architectural plans and design concepts.
• Explain drawings, elevations, and design intent clearly to clients.
• Handle design revisions and feedback in a structured and professional manner.

5. Site Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with:
• Site engineers
• Contractors
• Structural consultants
• Visit project sites when required to:
• Clarify drawings
• Resolve execution-related issues
• Ensure design intent is followed on-site
• Assist the project team during construction stages for smooth execution
