Job Profile:

We are looking for a skilled Architectural Designer and Trainer who can effectively combine Training responsibilities with Practical design work.

The candidate will be responsible for Training Interns and Students on Architectural software while also working on Real-Time Architectural and Interior design projects, including 2D drawings, 3D modelling, Rendering, and Visualization. This role requires someone who is Technically strong, Passionate about Teaching, and Capable of handling Live Design Projects simultaneously. 

Skills:

• Expertise in AutoCAD Training and 2D Drafting
• Proficiency in 3D Modelling using SketchUp, SketchUp Layout, and 3Ds Max
• Good Knowledge in Rendering software such as V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion
• Ability to work on 2D Working drawings and 3D Visualization
• Experience in Renderings, Walkthroughs, and Architectural Animations
• Understanding of Interior & Exterior Visualization
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Revit will be considered an added advantage
• Good Presentation, Communication, and Mentoring skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Train Interns and Students on Architectural and Design Software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, and Lumion
• Guide Trainees to develop Practical Industry-level skills
• Support students in understanding Real-time project workflows
• Mentor Trainees and help them build confidence in Executing Design Tasks
• Participate in Real-time Architectural and Interior design projects
• Understand Client or Architect requirements and develop design solutions
• Prepare 2D CAD drawings and working drawings using AutoCAD or SketchUp Layout
• Develop 3D models for Interior and Exterior projects
• Create high-quality Renderings, Walkthroughs, and Visualization outputs
• Assist in project execution and coordination with the design team
• Make sure timely delivery of project tasks and design outputs
• Maintain strong communication and coordination with team members and trainees
• Follow Professional Standards while managing both Training and Project work 

Qualifications:

• B.Tech/B.E (Civil, Architecture, or related field)

Note:

• First 3 Months is a Probation Period.
• After First 6 Months based on your Experience & Performance your Salary will be Revised.
• Then after that Annual Hike will be given based on performance.
