Job Description


Store Hunt is seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead revenue growth, manage key client relationships, and drive strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to mentor junior sales staff while achieving aggressive targets. 


Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets


Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts


Lead high-value negotiations and close complex sales deals


Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities


Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead conversion


Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for management review


Mentor and guide junior sales executives to improve overall team performance


Represent Store Hunt professionally in meetings, events, and client presentations


Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)


3+ years of experience in sales. 


Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently


Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills


Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting systems


Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, target-driven environment


Preferred Skills

Experience in retail, real estate, marketplace, or store-leasing sales


Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities


Leadership and team management experience.
