🧠 Experience: Minimum 5 Years in Building Material, Paints, or Chemical Industry

• Job Role:Responsible for entire business development and operations in the assigned area.
• Lead and manage a team of field executives to visit projects and convert business.
• Appoint and coordinate with contractors to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and project clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and monitor team performance.
• Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in Building Materials / Paints / Chemicals sector.
• Strong skills in team handling, client relationship, and project coordination.
• Must have own bike and smartphone for field visits.
• Excellent communication and leadership qualities.
