We're looking for a highly driven and strategic Area Sales Manager with 5+ years of B2B / Corporate Sales experience to fuel our expansion. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, building relationships and closing deals that accelerate our growth. 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, events and market research.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and understand their specific needs.
- Present solutions tailored to client requirements, conduct product demos and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Travel across regions to meet potential clients and attend industry events.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in engineering & construction industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with excellent time and territory management.
- Comfortable with regular travel (50%).
