ob Title:Sales Manager – Poultry Division (Water Conditioner Solutions)

Job Summary:The Sales Manager – Poultry Division is responsible for driving sales and market expansion of MR Water Electronic Water Conditioners in poultry farms, hatcheries, feed plants, and integrated poultry operations. The role focuses on solution-based selling, technical understanding of water conditioning, and building long-term relationships with poultry industry stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies for Electronic Water Conditioners in the poultry segment
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities with poultry farms, integrators, hatcheries, and feed plants
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical benefits related to scale control, biofilm reduction, and water quality improvement
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farm owners, veterinarians, consultants, and purchase teams
  • Coordinate with technical and service teams for installations, trials, and after-sales support
  • Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback for management review
  • Key Skills & Competencies:Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of poultry operations, water systems, and farm utilities
  • Ability to explain technical products in a simple, practical manner
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and field-focused
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
  • Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Agriculture, or related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience (preferred in poultry, animal health, water treatment, or agri-tech sectors)
  • Experience in selling capital equipment or technical solutions is an advantage
  • Performance Metrics (KPIs):Sales revenue and order conversion ratio
