Job Description

• Manage vendor sourcing operations and vendor supply monitoring and control and vendor supplies issues escalation and resolution. • Manage procurement of equipment, office space and facilities, utilities, services, spares and other items, including procurement budgeting and expenditure control, payment processing, supplier management for on-time, quality, and cost-effective delivery. • Manage office space and facilities in coordination with office space vendor to ensure provision of safe, heathy, and hygiene work environment conducive for productive working by associates. • Manage front office and guest relations and facilitate cordial and welcome movement of client, vendor, and other visitors. • Manage physical security of office perimeter and office areas to ensure secured movement of people, equipment, and materials in office areas. • Manage all company and client supplied physical asset handling operations and physical assets audits. • Manage business continuity and disaster recovery operations of the office facility and associated equipment ensuring safety of people. • Manage provision of general office administration and support to activities of other departments. • Manage facilitation of associate health and wellbeing initiatives in collaboration with human resources department. • Manage travel vendors and provide support for international and domestic business travel support for associates and visiting client personnel and other company visitors. • Manage administration team by assigning and monitoring workload, shift management and prioritizing service requests and administration support to ensure rapid responses to business/user needs. • Provide leadership and guidance to train, coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
