Assistant Cook / Grill Cook
• Primary Responsibility: Handling the Hot Plate (Grill) station
• Required Skills:
• Burgers: Should know the technique of pressing meat on the grill (smashing), toasting buns, and assembly.
• Sandwich : Ready to learn preparing sandwich
• Support: Assisting the Head Chef with plating during rush hours and also cutting and cleaning.
• Salary Budget: 13000-16000 per month according to skills.
