Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role located in Habsiguda, Hyderabad. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, that are carried out in the Overseas consultancy. Manage client interactions, and ensure seamless service delivery while supervising a team of education consultants. Responsibilities include team management, developing student-centric consultancy strategies, monitoring progress, coordinating with international educational institutions, and maintaining high-quality service standards. The role also involves addressing client queries and maintaining strong relationships with students and their families.

Qualifications


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
  • Experience in counseling, customer service, and team management within the overseas education domain.
  • Proficiency in organizational and leadership skills, including the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Knowledge of overseas education systems, university admission processes, scholarships, and visa requirements for multiple countries.
  • Problem-solving, decision-making ability, and a detail-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in using technology and office tools (MS Office, CRM systems, email communication).
  • Relevant experience or knowledge in higher education counseling or consultancy services is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Management, Business Administration) is desirable.
