 Roles & responsibilities 
Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled SAP Front-End Developer to create intuitive, responsive, and seamless user experiences for our enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing SAP Fiori/UI5 applications and a strong understanding of modern front-end technologies and UI/UX principles. You will be a key player in our digital transformation initiatives, working to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and S/4HANA.
The professional will be responsible for:
Responsibility
Design, develop, and optimize SAP Fiori/UI5 applications, including the use of Fiori Elements for rapid and consistent app delivery.
Collaborate with UX designers, product owners, and backend engineers to ensure technical compliance and create responsive, intuitive, and high-quality user interfaces.
Configure and customize SAP Fiori Launchpad (Spaces/Pages) and SAP Work Zone to provide a seamless and integrated user experience across cloud and on-premise systems.
Build and consume OData services and REST APIs to integrate front-end applications with ABAP-based backend logic and RAP models, ensuring secure and scalable data flows.
Contribute to development projects (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA, ECC to BTP) by developing modern, responsive Fiori applications and enhancing embedded analytics.
Participate in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, code reviews, and testing.
Support KPMG clients in resolving data extraction related
Provide training on SAP Fiori development to junior resources.
Ensure compliance with SAP security standards and data governance policies.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring optimal efficiency.
Participate in upgrade and migration projects, including planning, execution, and validation. 
Prepare detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and technical specifications. 
Stay updated on SAP innovations and emerging technologies and proactively suggest improvements.
Having a certification in SAP technical or any SAP functional module is a plus.

Development Support -

Adherence to Agile methodologies and ensuring that projects follow Agile principles and practices for successful project delivery, emphasizing flexibility, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
Debug, optimize and performance tune and resolve issues, if any, with limited guidance and propose possible solutions.
Work with onshore stakeholders (Global Team) to implement new versions or tools and recommend best practices for solution development.
Coordinate with various stakeholders for testing of new versions of extraction tools or new solutions. 
Ensure that effective project control, change control, risk management and testing processes are maintained
Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and achieve operational excellence.
Maintaining the accurate and up to date project status for self and any assigned team member.
Prepare and review required documents supporting the project with utmost attention to details.

Lead projects –

Lead / participate in firm’s strategic initiatives and/or corporate social responsibility programs
Experience working in leading audit firms with proven project management skills — managing teams on multiple projects in client-facing roles
Drive ideas related to efficiencies, compliance and projects
Sound understanding of various internal frameworks and guidelines; ensuring adherence of self and team

  Education Requirements
B. Tech (Computer Science / Information Technology) OR 
MBA (Systems/ IT/Finance/ Data & Analytics/ SCM) along with Engineering (Computer Science, IT) OR
MCA (Master’s in Computer Applications) 
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP front-end development.
