Assistant Sales Manager

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Assistant Manager to support daily business operations and ensure smooth functioning of the organization. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, good communication abilities, and experience in team handling.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations
• Supervise and guide team members to achieve targets
• Monitor performance and prepare reports
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively
• Support in recruitment, training, and employee management
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
• Maintain records and documentation properly
• Achieve sales and operational targets (if applicable)
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer knowledge
