Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Finance - Performance Reporting!!
In this role, the incumbent should have expertise in overall governance structure Management across Asia Pacific region related to RTR reporting, Dashboard ownership, performance management & Strategic Leadership along with managing internal & external escalation matrix.
Responsibilities
Leading the preparation and execution of Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 governance forums, including stakeholder alignment, agenda setting, and action tracking.
Managing and updating governance trackers such as the Governance Tier 1, 2 and 3 Action Item Tracker - APAC to ensure accountability and follow-through on commitments.
Supporting executive presentation materials for stakeholder governance reviews, including Tier 1B meetings for Snacking, APAC, and MEA segments
Acting as a liaison between regional stakeholders and MGS Finance to ensure consistent governance practices and escalation management.
Maintaining and enhancing R2R dashboards for General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Supply Chain Finance.
Leading the development and communication of KPIs such as Fixed Asset Capitalization and Intercompany Imbalances, including both lagging and leading indicators.
Supporting the deployment and training of tools like the Blackline Reconciliation Analytic Tool and ensuring alignment with global standards.
Collaborating with regional and global teams to ensure data accuracy, timely updates, and actionable insights from dashboards
Co-leading the Performance Management initiative focused on volume-based and work driver-based billing models, including dashboard design and metric definition.
Participating in the MGSF Reporting Maturity Assessment to evaluate and evolve reporting capabilities across the organization.
Participation in APAC Leadership Team Meetings: Join and lead certain periodic APAC leadership sessions when operational performance or Tier 3 governance topics are discussed, contributing insights and materials.
Preparation of Meeting Materials: Prepare and share pre-read decks and performance summaries for Tier 1B and Tier 3 meetings, enabling focused discussions on SLA/KPIs and operational priorities.
Action Tracking and Escalation Management: Consolidate action items from Tier 2 and Tier 3 meetings and escalate relevant issues to Tier 1B forums using structured trackers.
Operational Performance Reviews: Support post-close reviews with delivery leads and regional heads to assess metrics and identify exceptions for deeper analysis.
Enablement of BI/CI Sessions: Facilitate deep dives into business intelligence and continuous improvement topics across APAC markets, aligning with segment priorities.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
MBA Finance preferred/CA experienced
Deep understanding of General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Supply Chain Finance processes preferred. Experience managing R2R dashboards and interpreting KPIs for operational performance. Other process tower familiarity a plus (Order to Cash, Invoice to Pay, Payroll, Travel & Expense, etc.).
Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools to build, maintain, and enhance dashboards that drive insights and decision-making.
Ability to translate raw data into actionable visual narratives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling narratives from data. Experience preparing executive-level presentations and governance decks using PowerPoint.
Experience supporting or leading governance structures (e.g., Tier 1, 2, 3) and performance management initiatives. Familiarity with billing models, SLA tracking, and operational maturity assessments.
Relevant experience in Finance
