Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - SRE
In this role, you will play a critical role in Production Support, SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering. Strong experience with Linux, networking, distributed systems. Hands-on coding/scripting (Python, Go, Java, Bash, etc.)

Responsibilities
•    AI / AIOps Experience
•    Experience implementing or operating AIOps platforms
•    ML-based anomaly detection
•    Event correlation & RCA
•    Automated remediation workflows
•    Experience using or integrating LLMs/AI agents for operational use cases
•    Observability & Incident Management

Qualifications / Skills
Minimum Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
•    Experience with system management and monitoring tools.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•    Strong experience designing modern observability architecture
•    Expert in incident response, problem management, and reliability reviews
•    Familiarity with chaos engineering and resilience testing
•    Experience building autonomous or self-healing production systems
•    Experience with ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Datadog, Dynatrace, Open Telemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, Fresh Services, etc.
