Job Description Summary

Novartis has set up a global Centre of Excellence to support global Ethics, Risk and Compliance (ERC) community in Novartis providing analytics, process, project management and business solution services to the global Novartis community. This team is called Global Transparency Services and this team helps meet Novartis’ regulatory commitments to the patients by reporting payments made to Healthcare Professionals, Healthcare Organizations and the Patient Organizations.

Job Description

• The primary focus of the analyst is to learn various services within Transparency Services and support in delivering these services
• Focus on developing functional understanding in Ethics, Risk and Compliance (ERC)
• Works on implementing solutions or projects with utmost accuracy and within timelines
• Working with the team of other analysts and managers, to support business users on their project deliverables
• Support implementation & develop understanding/exposure to support various data analytics projects using available tools & technologies
• Support implementing service quality and process improvement projects in the organization
• Focus on timely completion of all relevant and assigned trainings
• Work in a team environment ensuring collaboration and mutual respect
• Focus on innovation and bringing a fresh perspective to the traditional processes
• Coordinate support activities with other Services and Operations teams internally & externally.
• Ensure accountability & ownership of the assigned tasks
• Adherence to the Novartis Values & Behaviors
