Job Summary
The Track Lead for Tools & Automation plays a pivotal role in managing operations with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving. This position is essential for meeting client SLAs while empowering teams through effective people management. The Track Lead will leverage expertise in Python and PowerShell to enhance operational systems and drive organizational progress.

(1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Enhance Operational Systems By Utilizing Python And Powershell To Automate Reporting Processes, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Workflows, Ensuring Efficient Organizational Planning.

2. Collaborate With Clients To Gather Requirements And Ensure That The Support Team Meets Client Expectations Through Effective Use Of Automation Tools And Performance Metrics.

3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team In The Adoption Of Best Practices For Automation, Fostering Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Progress.

4. Innovate And Implement New Ideas For Process Development Using Scripting And Automation Techniques In Python And Powershell To Enhance Overall Operational Efficiency.

5. Provide Tailored Automation Solutions Based On Customer Needs, Utilizing Python And Powershell To Drive Business Results And Improve Service Delivery.

Skill Requirements
1. Proficient In Python And Powershell Scripting For Automation And Process Improvement.

2. Strong Understanding Of Operational Management Principles And Client Relationship Management.
