Associate Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy: Develop and execute the annual Integrated Brand Plan (IBP) to meet market share and revenue targets.

• Marketing Collateral: Create scientifically accurate promotional materials (visual aids, digital content, and symposium kits) in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

• Market Intelligence: Analyze prescriber data, patient journeys, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams to ensure messaging is aligned and compliant.

• KOL Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the specific therapeutic area.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Marketing (MBA preferred).

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in pharma marketing or sales, with a proven track record of product launches.

• Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent presentation skills, and a deep understanding of pharmaceutical compliance and regulations.
