Associates – Vendor Development

As a Vendor Development Associate, you’ll play a critical role in building and scaling our supply network, ensuring operational excellence, and driving profitability across key logistics lanes. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive performance and growth of assigned lanes, contributing to the cluster’s P&L.

• Lead vendor discovery, onboarding, service-level tracking, and retention.

• Manage a team of Supply Associates for daily truck placements across lanes.

• Win RFQs by accurately predicting pricing and managing negotiations.

• Strategize partner network expansion in sync with business needs.

• Drive lead-based supply acquisition with high conversion.

• Ensure lane-level profitability through pricing and vendor engagement.

• Foster strong relationships with key supply partners.

• Run supply engagement and dispute resolution processes with product teams.

• Gather market intelligence to anticipate demand and price trends.

• Align vendor service levels with Delhivery’s operational goals.

• Conduct training and ensure adaptability to changing business locations.
