Auditions Coordinator

About the Role

reelOn is transforming the traditional offline casting process by bringing it onto a digital-first platform. As an Auditions Coordinator, you will be the key execution person on the ground running and managing offline auditions through the reelOn platform at our office and at client locations.

This is a field + operations + coordination role that sits at the heart of casting execution.

Key Responsibilities

Execute offline auditions at the reelOn office and at client locations using the reelOn platform. Onboard and guide actors, models, and participants on how to use the reelOn audition system. Coordinate with casting teams, production houses, and clients during live audition days.

Assist the Auditions Organizer in:

Reviewing audition participants

Verifying profiles

Managing candidate flow

Tracking audition submissions

Handle incoming calls from artists and clients related to audition requirements, schedules,

and process. Ensure that all audition data, videos, and profiles are properly captured and

uploaded.

Travel within the city and occasionally outstation for client auditions and casting drives.

Maintain smooth on-ground operations and ensure professional experience for all

stakeholders.

Required Skills & Profile

Strong interest and knowledge in cinema (actors, films, casting process, industry basics).

Basic understanding of casting, audition formats, and actor profiling is a big advantage.

Good communication skills — must be able to explain processes clearly to talent and

clients.

Comfortable working with mobile apps, web platforms, and basic tech tools.

Ability to handle pressure, crowds, and real-time operations.

Must own a bike and be willing to travel for work.

6 working days per week

Sunday is a working day

Fixed weekly off: Monday
