Job Description:

We are hiring an Automation Engineer with strong experience in Siemens PLC controllers for automation projects, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• PLC programming, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting

• Hands-on experience with Siemens PLCs (S7-1200 / S7-1500 / S7-300 / S7-400)

• HMI development using WinCC / TIA Portal

• Panel wiring coordination and field commissioning support

• Debugging automation issues at site

• Preparing technical documentation and reports

• Coordination with electrical and mechanical teams

• Configuration of Siemens PLC hardware and software, including CPU selection, I/O modules, communication modules, and network setup using TIA Portal

Required Skills:

• Siemens PLC Programming

• TIA Portal

• WinCC HMI

• Industrial Automation

• VFDs, Sensors & Control Panels

• Commissioning & Troubleshooting

Education Qualification:

Diploma / B. E / B. Tech – Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Automation

Experience:

5 years in Industrial Automation (Siemens PLC mandatory)
