Automobile Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

1. Dealer & Mechanic Development

• Visit car garages, spare parts shops, and automobile dealers.

• Introduce GS Bharath Filters products and onboard new dealers.

2. Sales & Order Generation

• Promote and sell products such as air filters, oil filters, AC filters, fuel filters, coolants, and wiper blades.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

3. Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with mechanics, garage owners, and spare parts retailers.

• Ensure repeat orders and long-term partnerships.

4. Market Research

• Identify new sales opportunities and potential distributors.

• Monitor competitor products and pricing.

5. Product Demonstration

• Explain product benefits, quality, and dealer profit margins (35–45%).

• Provide product catalog and price list.

6. Reporting

• Submit daily sales reports and dealer visit reports.

• Coordinate with telecallers and management for follow-ups.

Requirements

• Minimum Intermediate / Degree qualification preferred.

• 0–3 years of sales experience (automotive spare parts experience preferred).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to travel locally to garages and spare parts markets.

• Basic knowledge of automobile components is an advantage.
