Role Overview Car Affair is seeking a high-energy, customer-focused Service Advisor to act as the primary liaison between our clients and service technicians. You are the face of our shop, responsible for delivering a premium experience through expert communication and seamless project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Consultative Service: Greet clients, conduct vehicle walk-arounds, and translate technical jargon into clear, actionable advice.
• Workflow Management: Create detailed repair orders, coordinate with technicians on timelines, and manage parts ordering.
• Client Advocacy: Provide transparent cost estimates, explain the "why" behind repairs, and deliver timely status updates.
• Quality Assurance: Perform final invoice reviews and ensure every vehicle meets Car Affair’s standards before delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in automotive service advising or a high-volume retail environment.
• Strong technical aptitude regarding vehicle systems and maintenance.
• Proven ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in DMS software
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
