We are looking for a professional, articulate, and organized Service Advisor to join our front-of-house team.

The RoleAs the face of Car Affair, you are the primary point of contact for our clients. Your mission is to translate "mechanic-speak" into clear, actionable information for our customers, ensuring they feel confident, respected, and well-informed about their vehicle’s needs.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Concierge: Greet customers warmly, schedule appointments, and manage the intake process with a high level of professionalism.
• The Translator: Listen to customer concerns, document vehicle symptoms accurately for the technicians, and explain repair recommendations back to the client without unnecessary jargon.
• Service Coordination: Act as the liaison between the workshop floor and the customer, providing real-time updates on vehicle status.
• Sales & Estimates: Prepare accurate cost estimates for parts and labor, and confidently present maintenance packages or necessary repairs.
• Quality Control: Ensure all records, invoices, and warranty claims are processed with meticulous attention to detail.
• What We’re Looking ForCommunication Pro: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You should be able to handle difficult conversations with grace and de-escalate stress with empathy.
• Detail Oriented: A "sharp eye" for scheduling and documentation. You hate leaving loose ends.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic automotive software.
• The Right Vibe: A positive, high-energy attitude that contributes to a welcoming environment for all customers, especially those who may feel intimidated by car repairs.
• Experience: Prior experience in service advising, hospitality, or high-end retail is highly preferred. (Specific automotive knowledge is a plus, but we are willing to train the right personality).
