Role Summary/Purpose:
The AVP, Growth Process Strategy Analyst will develop, implement, and manage key process controls supporting Client Executed Marketing and Client Executed Loyalty L3 functions. This role leverages data analytics and reporting, including the use of AI and automation tools, to identify control gaps, recommend improvements, and strengthen governance. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process enhancements and risk mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and own preventative and detective process controls for Client Executed Marketing and Loyalty L3 functions, including social media advertising.
Participate in Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (eGRC) meetings to ensure timely resolution and alignment of issues.
Conduct regular quality assurance (QA) reviews, audits, and testing of controls to validate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities; lead root cause analysis for control failures and coordinate corrective actions.
Establish and maintain documentation standards for process controls, including procedures, control matrices, and audit logs.
Leverage reporting, analytics, and AI-driven insights to identify control gaps, recommend enhancements, and drive automation or process improvements.
Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools to communicate process health, risks, and opportunities.
Lead or contribute to continuous process improvement projects to enhance control effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Facilitate training and awareness initiatives to promote adherence to control frameworks.
Collaborate with technology and data teams to implement automation solutions that enhance control governance.
Qualifications/Requirements:
5 +Years of experience with Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Risk Management, or related field preferred & in lieu of a degree 7 + years of relevant experience .
Proven experience in client marketing or client loyalty processes and associated risk controls.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data from multiple sources.
Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, SAS / SQL or other data visualization/reporting tools.
Familiarity with AI tools, RPAs, automation platforms, and governance frameworks.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance relevant to marketing and loyalty programs is a plus.
Strong decision-making and independent problem-solving capabilities.
