B.Pharm Fresher – Production / Quality (Oral Dissolving Strips Manufacturing)

Selected candidates will be trained and involved in:

🔹 Production & ManufacturingAssisting in oral dissolving strip / oral thin film manufacturing

• Understanding and executing solvent casting process
• Handling raw materials, mixing, casting, drying, cutting, and packing operations
• Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) strictly

🔹 Quality & GMPMaintaining GMP, hygiene, and clean area discipline

• Assisting in in-process checks and basic quality tests
• Proper batch manufacturing record (BMR) and logbook entries
• Reporting deviations, errors, or abnormalities immediately

🔹 Learning & GrowthLearning equipment operation, documentation, and QC basics

• Cross-functional exposure to Production + Quality Control + QA
• Continuous improvement and skill development
