*Data entry and record maintenance in MS Excel and company software
*Updating daily, weekly, and monthly reports
*Managing customer information and documents
*Cross-checking files and verifying details
*Coordinating with tele calling and operations teams
*Preparing MIS reports using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formatting, etc.)
*Maintaining accuracy and confidentiality of data
*Good typing speed and attention to detail
