About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to support our administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage routine tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and documentation
- Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and speed
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and daily updates as required
- Assist in processing invoices, forms, applications, and other documents
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
- Respond to emails, handle queries, and maintain proper communication logs
- Support the team in day-to-day administrative operations
